Delicious Miso Tahini Dressing/Sauce
This delicious Miso Tahini Dressing/Sauce is my go-to recipe when I want to enjoy a meal of simple steamed veggies and possibly some meat on the side.

- 2 TBSP Miso
- 2 TBSP Tahini
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 TBSP sesame oil
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 TBSP ginger
- 1 clove garlic
Coarsely chop ginger and garlic.
Put all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until well combined.
Use immediately or keep in a glass jar in the refrigerator for about one week.
Makes about 1 cup.
Miso: I like to use chickpea miso but any yellow, mellow miso will work here
Honey: you could also use maple syrup or stevia
Rice vinegar: you might be able to use apple cider vinegar but may have to slightly increase sweetener
