Delicious Miso Tahini Dressing/Sauce

This delicious Miso Tahini Dressing/Sauce is my go-to recipe when I want to enjoy a meal of simple steamed veggies and possibly some meat on the side.

Equipment

  • high-speed blender or mixer

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Miso
  • 2 TBSP Tahini
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 2 TBSP sesame oil
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 1 TBSP ginger
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  • Coarsely chop ginger and garlic.
  • Put all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until well combined.
  • Use immediately or keep in a glass jar in the refrigerator for about one week. 
  • Makes about 1 cup.  

Notes

Miso:  I like to use chickpea miso but any yellow, mellow miso will work here
Honey: you could also use maple syrup or stevia 
Rice vinegar: you might be able to use apple cider vinegar but may have to slightly increase sweetener
