DIY Pumpkin Face Mask
Everyone is loving pumpkins and pumpkin spice in the fall. As the seasons change, this is also the perfect time of year to treat your skin to a pumpkin face mask.

- ¼ cup cooked pumpkin puree
- 2 tsp pumpkin seed oil
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 dash apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp gound cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. You can also blend them for a silkier texture.
Apply the pumpkin face mask to your skin after cleansing. Avoid the sensitive eye area.
For sensitive skin, leave the pumpkin face mask on for 3-5 mins. Otherwise, you can leave it on for 10-15 mins. Note: tingling can occur.
Wash the pumpkin face mask off with warm water.
Follow with your favorite toner and moisturizer or serum.
Use 1-2 times per week or as needed.
