I love my mockmill. The grain is ground so finely on the finest grind selector. I just love it. Makes beautiful bread- smell is so fresh and nutty. I will never go back to store bought flour. This is so fast and easy to have finely ground whole wheat flour on demand. It is not super quiet but only runs for a minute or 2 and I’m done for the day. I’m very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of this grain grinder. Very happy indeed.
