Ingredients

  • 4 oz smoked trout
  • cup sour cream
  • 1 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 dash salt

Instructions

  • Drain the trout fillets if they're in oil and remove the skin.
  • Add all the ingredients to a small food processor and blend until desired consistency. Alternatively, you can use a fork.
  • Adjust the taste to your preference by adding more sour cream or more lemon juice.
